Commitment of DELPHX CORPORATION and its FINRA-licensed Broker-Dealer Affiliate, DELPHX SERVICES CORPORATION

DelphX Corporation and its affiliate, DelphX Services Corporation, a licensed-Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FINRA) broker-dealer (collectively, the "Company"), have written this privacy and security policy ("Privacy policy") to communicate to you, a new, existing and/or potential client and/or affiliate, the Company's privacy commitment to safeguard your personal and financial information submitted to the Company ("Information"). The Company's commitment is to conduct our business with the highest ethical standards and internal controls. Our Privacy policy describes the precautions we have implemented.

Collecting your information

The Company collects and keeps Information about you in order to provide you with the products and services requested from the Company. Information is collected from you, either directly or through our Company employees and/or administrative contractors that provide required specialized services (asset transfers, valuation, depository, trust services) for the Company (collectively, "Representatives"). Information is collected via the Company's website, www.DelphX.com, from your application and other submitted documents, and it may also be obtained from your authorized third parties; i.e., Federal and State government agencies, financial institutions, insurance companies, present and past employers (collectively, "Third Parties"). Your Information may be shared with Representatives and Third Parties, and if the Company is required by Federal or State law or regulation to do so, to other parties to verify identification and to prevent fraud.

Disseminating your information

The Company uses your information to provide the products and services requested, which includes using the data to evaluate risk. The Company may also share your information with representatives and Third Parties, when it is necessary, for the services we provide to you.

The Company will use information internally, to prepare statistical reports that help us understand the needs, which, in turn, help us understand and manage our business. Your social security number will be used for taxation purposes and for identification with citizenship and immigration authorities, when necessary. Through the DelphX website, the Company may receive and maintain information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and other personal information through request forms, applications or other forms and emails.

The Company also reserves the right to disclose your information in special circumstances, where the Company believes that the disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or contact someone who may be interfering with or violating the Company's rights or property or other users or to protect or enforce the Company's rights or obligations. 

Protecting your information

The Company's website is protected with a variety of security measures and safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information such as change control procedures, passwords and physical access controls. The Company employs a variety of other mechanisms to protect your user data from being lost, misused or altered inappropriately. The Company, however, cannot control Internet transmissions and cannot provide assurances that personal information to the Company will never be compromised.

The Company and its Representatives will not use any information collected for the purpose of providing our products and services other than as described above (except when you have provided us with express consent). The Company does not sell personal information for commercial purposes.

The Company's website will contain hyperlinks to other sites, which are not owned by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the security or privacy practices of non-Company sites, the products or services offered by such sites, or the content appearing at such sites. The Company does not endorse any of the products or services marketed at non-Company sites.

Right to access your personal information

You always have the right to access your personal information on file with the Company. You will have online access to your personal data and the ability to correct and update your file with the Company. Visitors to the DelphX website will have no access to any client's personal data.
